Juan Nelson Battle Jr., formerly known as Jerzey B, is the powerhouse CEO behind Gifted Ghost Records, Who Iz TV, and Believe By Battle. Born in Newark, New Jersey, and raised between North and South Jersey, Juan now calls Jacksonville, Florida home. His journey from independent artist to visionary leader is one built on faith, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to helping others rise.

As Jerzey B, Juan used his music as a form of expression and healing, speaking to the pain, hope, and hustle of everyday life. But he quickly realized the industry lacked the support system independent artists needed to truly thrive. That realization sparked something bigger — a mission to build what he wished he had.

That mission became Gifted Ghost Records — a movement dedicated to artist development, education, and empowerment. Rather than focusing on signing talent, Juan built GGR to equip artists with the tools, strategies, and knowledge to succeed independently. From registering music to learning how to move professionally in business, Gifted Ghost Records became a resource hub for the self-driven.

That passion carried over into the creation of Who Iz TV, an invite-only content platform that showcases real artists and entrepreneurs through performance visuals and candid interviews. It’s a stage built on authenticity — not hype.

Juan also extended his purpose into fashion by launching Believe By Battle, a luxury motivation wear brand that encourages people to wear their strength. Each product reflects a core value — from “Loyalty” to “Patience” — designed to remind people that even in the fight, there's purpose.

Now featured in press like MSN and Yahoo Finance, Juan’s story is proof that you don’t need a cosign to make an impact — you need conviction, consistency, and a calling.

As he writes in his new book How I Turned My Pain into Purpose:
“Purpose doesn’t come from comfort — it comes from climbing out of the places people expected you to die in.”

From Jerzey B the artist to Juan Battle the CEO, his mission remains:
Empower the gifted. Develop the overlooked. And never ghost your purpose.
