No Refunds – Service-Based Business

Due to the customized nature of our services—including consultations, interviews, press articles, content editing, and strategy planning—we do not offer refunds once a payment is made.

All services provided involve time, labor, and preparation, and therefore, all sales are final.

Rescheduling

Clients are allowed up to 2 reschedules for any booked session or consultation. Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. Missed appointments without notice are forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
