• Customers are responsible for providing accurate email addresses and assets (e.g., logos) for customization.

3. Service Bookings

By booking a service:

• You agree to arrive on time or notify us in advance if changes are needed.

• Balances must be paid in full by the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• No refunds will be provided for missed appointments or cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment.

4. Client Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

• Fails to follow studio rules (e.g., no weapons, limited guests, etc.)

• Is disrespectful or disruptive to staff or other clients

• Misuses our platform or attempts to exploit our brand

5. Account & Submission Info

When making purchases or bookings, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment and contact details.

• Send any required materials (e.g., logos for video customization) to support@giftedghostrecords.com along with the name and email used for payment.

6. Platform Promotion

By participating in services such as Who Iz TV interviews or performances, you grant Gifted Ghost Records the right to use your likeness, name, and content for promotional use across our platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, website, etc.).

7. Streaming Royalties & Music Rights

In cases where Gifted Ghost Records holds rights to music (e.g., for artists under contract or collaborative works), royalties will be used to recoup label expenses before distribution. Contracts will outline specific terms per project.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gifted Ghost Records is not liable for:

• Losses incurred due to misuse of our digital products or services

• Delays caused by client failure to send required assets

• Issues arising from third-party platforms (e.g., social media algorithm changes)
